directions |
2 cups crab meat
8 oz creamed cheese
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tea curry powder
3 scallions cut up including greens
1 tea chopped chives
dash pepper
paprika

Soften creamed cheese with 1-2 TBSP crab juice. Add lemon juice and all other ingredients, except paprika.
Stir well. Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake 350 degree oven until hot about 1/2 hour. Serve with crackers or melba toast.
