In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and peanut butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in mashed bananas and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; gradually blend into banana mixture. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake in 375 oven 10 minutes.
