| ingredients | directions |  
| 10 ounce package frozen shopped spinach, thawed and well drained
 1 cup mayonnaise
 1 cup sour cream
 1 package Knorrs dried vegetable soup
 1 medium onion, chopped fine
 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine.

Combine and let set for 2 - 3 hours.  Either serve with chips or hollow out large fresh baked pumpernickel or rye bread loaf and put dip in middle.
