3 TBSP olive oil 
1 TBSP sesame oil 
1 large onion, sliced 
½ large green pepper, sliced 
2 stalks celery, sliced 
3 cloves garlic 
2 sliced boneless chicken breasts 
½ cup white wine 
2 TBSP lemon juice 
¼ tea ginger  
2 TBSP soy sauce 
1 cup chicken broth 
2 TBSP flour 
1 small can mushrooms, drained

Microwave first 6 ingredients on medium-high, 5 minutes.  Add chicken and microwave 5 more minutes on high.  Add wine, lemon, ginger, & soy.  Mix & microwave covered, 3-4 minutes, medium high.  Mix chicken broth with the flour, & add to chicken.  Add the mushrooms, and microwave 6 -8 minutes on medium, or until thick.  Serve over rice.
