| 7 lasagna noodles
 2 TBSP oil
 1 pound ground beef
 30 ounce spaghetti sauce
 ½ cup water
 ½ tea salt
 ¾ tea oregano
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese
 1 pound ricotta cheese
 8 ounces mozzarella, shredded
 4 eggs
 1 tea salt
 1/8 tea pepper
 ¼ tea oregano

Cook the noodles 7 minutes in boiling water and set aside.  Cook ground meat in oil.  Add sauce, water, salt, and oregano.  Let boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.  Add in a mixing bowl - eggs, salt, oregano, pepper, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella.  Mix well.  In a greased pan, put a thin layer of meat sauce, then noodles, then cheese mixture.  Alternate.
 
 Bake 375 for 40 minutes
