1 package mexican soft shell tacos
1 LB ground beef
3 plum tomatoes, diced
½ cup salsa OR picante sauce
1 tea garlic powder
1 tea cumin
8 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese
lettuce
sliced tomatoes

Brown beef in large skillet. Add tomatoes, mexican salsa, garlic, & cumin. Cook 15 minutes over low heat. Cook mexican softshell tacos according to directions. Put 2 TBSP beef in taco shell, & top with cheese, lettuce, & tomato.
