ingredients |
directions |
1 ¼ cup white cornmeal
1 cup flour
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tea baking soda
¼ tea salt
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2/3 cup cooking oil
|
Combine wet ingredients with sugar. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in just until moistened.
Put in muffin tins and bake 425 20 minutes. Serve hot with Maple Syrup.
