Apple Cream Pie

ingredients |
directions |
3 cups sliced apples (I use Macintosh)
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1/8 tea salt
1 tea vanilla
2 T flour
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 tea cinnamon
¼ cup butter

Slice apples and put on bottom of unbaked pie crust. Mix next six ingredients and on top. Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle on top.
Bake 425 for 45 minutes.
