3 pounds macintosh apples
½ cup sugar
2 TBSP flour
1 tea cinnamon
2 TBSP butter
|
Make 9” pie shell. Pare, core, and slice apples and put in a large bowl. You can use any kind of apples for this. Combine with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter.
Pour into pie shell and bake 400 1 hour.
